Chinese manufacturer ZTE has come up with a range of mobiles. These include recently released (in China) Small Fresh 4 smartphone priced at CNY 1,090 (11000 INR) and ZMax Pro set to release in US on 1st August at an introductory price of 99 USD (6,600 INR). For pre-booking the ZMax Pro before 31st July, ZTE is also offering a free leather case to the users.
ZTE’S ZMax Pro comes at a very affordable price and packs very upmarket specs including the fingerprint scanner.
Zmax Pro is ZTE’s first Smartphone to have a USB type-C port
While the Small Fresh 4 features a 5.2-inch full-HD display and sports 2.5D curved glass on the front. It is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6753) processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The ZMax pro comes with a 6 inch full HD display. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. Both these handsets support expandable storage support via external Micro-SD card up-to 32GB. Both handsets have a fingerprint scanners on the rear panel below the camera lens and acc. To early impressions, it works pretty well. Both ‘Small Fresh 4’ and ‘ZMax Pro’ runs ZTE’s UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. While the ZMax Pro comes with USB type-C, Small Fresh 4 only has a standard micro USB port. Unlike ZMax Pro, Small Fresh 4 doesn’t support fast charging and takes around 1.5-2 hours for going from nil to full battery levels. ZTE’s ZMax Pro comes packs a humongous battery of 3400mAh. While Small Fresh 4 has a slightly smaller battery of 2450mAh.
These two new phones are expected to give ZTE’s some solid traction in the market. The company has been hard at work coming up with new smartphones including the flagship handset Nubia N1 which released earlier this month in china. It is priced at CNY 1,699 (17200 INR).
